As part of Visible’s e-commerce modernization effort, we worked on scaling their Design System and ensuring seamless integration with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Our team streamlined authorability, governance, and component design to enable faster, more consistent page creation across the brand.

AEM Annotation: Designed system components with authoring flexibility in mind, ensuring they could be implemented efficiently in AEM.
Design System Maintenance: Unified designs from multiple teams, creating and updating reusable components for consistency and speed.
Design System Governance: Established branching, approval, and sign-off workflows across product, design, and development teams.
This work also informed the foundation for Visible’s updated shopping experience.
